Beach wheelchairs for the ocean swimming area and beach wheelchairs that have been specially fitted for surf fishing are available at the pavilions during the swimming season and at the park office during the remainder of the year.

Our state parks are an incredible asset to the citizens of the state and to all visitors to the park. The current food vendor at Island Beach is PPCF, Inc., also known as Chippy’s Fresh French Fries, located on the Point Pleasant boardwalk, and Jimmy’s Cucina in Brielle, a local business owner. was awarded the food concession, with the agreement signed on 6/2/15.
